The Inspectorate for Infectious Diseases opens cabinets for free and anonymous AIDS Testing in four Bulgarian cities April 15. The cabinets for voluntary testing will open their doors in the capital Sofia, Bulgaria's second biggest town of Plovdiv, the Black Sea town of Varna and Pleven, North Western Bulgaria.
The testing is completely anonymous using a code instead of personal data.
The Bulgarian Family Planning and Sexual Health Association is also organized a free AIDS testing and consultation event in the center of Sofia's Faculteto district, largely populated by Roma ethnic minority.
The AIDS testing event is a joint project of the Health Ministry and the United Nations Population Fund.
